Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the major sites and the Guadalquivir. Near to the Plaza de Armas for the airport bus. Well equipped recently tastefully renovated.. Opposite is a Corte Ingles (with an excellent supermarket), a multistory carpark and numerous bars and restaurants. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Miranda. As there is a lift it should be suitable for people with mobility problems. Having spent 5 nights there, we would highly recommend it and would wish to stay the.
all reviews » Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well. Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center. The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place. Lovely modern apartment a short walk from the Cathedral, Alcazar, and Seville's main shopping street. Very airy with lots of natural light. El Corte Ingles supermarket is conveniently across the road. Oscar was kind and very prompt with all communication. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!. Great apartment in a great location. Easy to find from the bus station. Although you were in a busy part of the city the soundproofing was excellent. Oscar was very friendly and gave us his mobile number in case of any problems. Would definitely stay here again. Great apartment, central location, modern with stylish design. Miguel didn't speak any English and it was not easy to understand each other as there was a small issue with the amount which was charged. A foul smell in the apartment. We could not determine where it was coming from. Either the bath or the A/C. It just hits you when you enter the flat. I read some other reviewers complaining about it so it should be attended. No washing powder for the washing machine, no functioning corkscrew, and no coffee for the stove-top espresso maker. A little annoying having to go out and buy these things for an otherwise excellently equipped apartment. Would have been good to have a kettle and a proper toaster. The toaster we had was a bit challenging. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not have a kettle. The aircon seemed to give off a bad smell when switched on. We did not use it, did not get the chance to report it to the staff. Should keep in mind while booking that there is only one room with terrase for 6 persons, all the other are not very big and do not have fully separated bedrooms. It was not as big as stated on the website. Would estimate 35m2 instead of 61. Parking is expensive. Nothing. nothing. No weekend contact phone number provided made check in very difficult. Said one bed room but really a studio with temp wall. Stinking smell from bathroom is badddddddd... Key to the unit is not working proper, it takes many tries before it opens, scarry at night time..
