The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them.   We did the all inclusive , it was great value . There was a large selection of food for breakfast , lunch & dinner . Plenty of red wine on tap & beers .   Friendly staff, from arrival on reception right down to the cleaners, bar staff including John, a really lovely friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. Lovely food, and a wide choice ... what people say » of breakfast choices, from fruit to fruit juices, tea and coffee mixed rolls and breads cheese and meets. I can't fault anything. - Friendly & helpful staff without being too familiar help make this reasonably priced hotel a place to visit. It's in the centre Of S. Ponsa & just across from the beach. I'd have no hesitation returning.

  A very spacious studio with great views over Santa Ponsa bay. Apartment had fridge, microwave, toaster as well as a small cooker. Shower always had hot water which sometimes is hit and miss in complexes. One review I read prior to my visit said wi-fi was 5 euro an hour, it isn't it's 5 euro a day or 10 euro for three days. I didn't take my laptop ... what people say » due to reading the review, wish I had now. Don't worry about the "steps" as you can walk a little further and stroll up the hill which is what I did. - The vista club is located close to the beach. Our apartment had an excellent view and was comfortable. The kitchen had good furnishing so for group of friends it was good opportunity to save some money. There were also some good clubs and bars around the vista club.

My children had a fantastic time The kids loved the impressive play area which they used all the time and kept them very happy. My wife loved the varied - Apartments very spacious and well laid out. Small area to sit outside the front of the apartment. Plenty of sunloungers available and the pool was a good size. Location was good for the beach, approx 250 metres. Handy for getting supplies as two supermarkets close by, along with several cheap bars.

  It is a very nice and good looking small hotel with excellent facilities. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly and take care of 24/7 service. The hotel is located 2 minute walk from the main centre of Santa Ponsa, and has beach/sea side view as well as a view to the main street. The facilities are clean and modern. The pool is clea... what people say » ned every day. Our room was simple but with excellent view to the sea. The bathroom small and clean and the room big enough for 2 but with balcony. Br - The staff were so so so friendly, my 5 year old was given so much attention that I needn't have been there! They helped him learn spanish and joked around with him all holiday long :d hotel has clearly been done up recently. cheap yet beautiful. breakfast was great - no fry up but who wants that when its pushing 30 degrees? pool and bar are very nice places to be :D I for one will return :D

  We got exactly what we expected, very quiet and comfortable place to stay /we tried to avoid noisy areas like Magaluf/. The reception staff were very helpful and nice. We got great studio with beautiful view onto the bay. Food was ok, you always find something nice to eat. Definitely I would recommend Club Santa Ponsa to those who do not require l... what people say » uxury and just want to spend few days on the sun. - We stayed for 4 days and really loved the location - up on a hill with beautiful views over the bay. The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice. We will certainly return for another short and very inexpensive break in the sun!
