What people say

The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point. As it is close to the airport, there is regular jet traffic over the hotel which is a bit of a distraction. The hotel was still in start-up mode and so the spa was not available, and the a la carte restaurants were not open. We also had some problems with hot water, electricity, and internet. The management tried to compensate for the problems with amenities.
