Extremely helpful when I left my credit card at Reception by mistake. They had kept it safe and even arranged to have it transferred to me at the airport by shuttle bus three days later when I came back to the airport for my return flight home - very impressed and appreciated. Thank you. kids stay and eat free and there were enough beds for all four of us without requesting additional cots.

Interior design of the hotel is the most welcoming part of the hotel. so lovely.Good location for the airport, pleasant public areas, good facilities. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities and more information on how to call for the airport shuttle - we ended up using a taxi.only negative is the water is sooo expensive. Two adverse comments:- Most rooms appeared to be on the first floor but there is no lift. As this is, primarily, an airport hotel, most people will be arriving with a fair amount of luggage so the lack of a lift is, in my opinion, very silly. Second comment is re the size of the room. Long but very narrow so barely any space to move around the bed or between the bed and the vanity unit. ants in the bed. Food expensive and quite bland. Remoteness from city. Expensive taxis. Would suggest shuttle extends to city runs. signposting of hotel from main road. Hot water service. the water was cold in the morning. High charge of 20 euros for very small dog.dog. Water not very hot in bathroom. Restaurant was slightly disappointing in quality : service was excellent. The restaurant staff had problems to converse in english. Made it difficult to know what to order. Quite hard to find a gas-station to refill my rental car.cold water in the pool, and no gym. breakfast prices. No hot water at peak periods, heater system too small to cope with demand. The sign-posting from the airport is non-existent. Luckily we were given directions and saw the small sign at the roundabout...in the dark.The interior design of the room is cheap. The bed was unstable, it shook loudly with every move. We had an impression it was not a double bed but rather two single beds pulled together. The standard of a couch was rather low, it unfolded with every move, we had an impression it needed cleaning. Drinks in the minibar were quite expensive comparing with standard minibar prices. the quality of room is quite bad. especially the carpet looks dirty..We thought it was expensive.
