Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. The villas are cleaned on a regular basis, and the pool is checked every day, we asked for a barbecue one day and it was delivered within minutes. The complex is in a qui.

We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine. The cleaning staff came everyday at a time we requested and the pool was cleaned daily too. Alondra is up on a bit of a hill which is only less tha. A very nice quiet location, far from busy life and noise, but there are two fine supemarkets nearby and many restaraunts, cafe and pubs in 5- minute walk down the hill. It is the great point to travel from around the island. The suit kitchen is greatly equipped, that was very convinient while coooking for the child The suit is well desighed and planned, two families can not bother each other The pool area is really nice, very green and full of flowers Cleaning service is wonderful and fast Re. First time on Villa holiday and it was a completely different experience than the traditional package holiday. Villa was spacious and clean and with 4 children, having a private pool was a godsend. Couldnt recommend highly enough. The grand suite was very luxurious, comfortable and spacious. cleaners came 5 times a week and bedding changed twice a week. The outside space was large and pool a good size and was cleaned every day. Helpful and friendly staff. The villa was amazing and great for kids and adults, there was 9 of us traveling and had 2 properties and they made sure our villas where close to each other, reception helped us with taxis and our private transfers etc. The villas are very nice and very spacious. Private swimmingpool is great for the kids (not too big). Villas and swimming pool are cleaned every day. Location is close to the village and harbour. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage which was very nice and finished to a high standard. Main bedroom was fab and had air conditioning. Garden was lovely and private. The 3 Bed villa Casita Lilly was excellent in a quiet location but a car is definitely required as the road outside is not really made for walking.The design of the villa was good apart from the 3rd bedroom. The cleaner did an excellent job. I loved the privacy. The pool was fantastic. Welcome refreshments were lovely and most appreciated. private pool, sun loungers, spacious accommodation. The villa was great and had a real wow factor. the weather. Very little to pick at here, Alondra was fantastic. If I had to pick something it would be the ants in the garden. Obviously ants are gonna be everywhere once you have grass and this can't really be helped but they often ended up in the pool which is not pleasant to swim in, which is why we were delighted to see the pool cleaned each day! The pool is not heated but by June this is not a problem as the weather is hot and the sun heats the pool. The wify is a slow nightmare, we had to buy router from vodafone to have the internet access The pool is a bit cold( April) Some ants( but in Canaries they are everywhere, like pets :-). Steep hill down to old town (Heartbreak Hill), but wouldnt put me off returning. The Internet connection only allowed for 3 users at a time and often didn't work. The restaurant on the site was closed and was situated at the communal pool area but it would have been nice to have had that facility to perhaps meet other guests. The only negative was the communial pool bar/ restaurant was not open, but didn't affect us that much and you could still use the pool and facilities surrounding it. The kitchen is somewhat outdated. Would've been nice to have poolside bar open. We only had air conditioning in the master bedroom. Socket for fan in one of the bedrooms would only work with the main light on which meant it couldn't really be used at night. 15-20 minute walk to beach up and down and step hill with 2 young children under 2. Minor electrical issues & lossof water on one day. Which where sorted out very quickly and efficiently once we called reception. Failure of reception staff to action requests for additional hairdryer and check of hot water supply in one of the bedrooms. May be too quiet for some (not us!) and is a little out of town a the top of the hill, again no problem for us, 5 mins walk and you are in the main area and being a bit away means no traffic noise. Pool could have been warmer. Having a car was important to us as the location was just that bit away from main resort. The wall around the house, I would have liked a view on the sea/environment. Everything was perfect - there was nothing to dislike. The complex was very quiet for our group, great for families however. steep hills. A lack of basic household/kitchen items. Dishwasher tablets, drying cloths, salt, pepper etc. a little isolated. Hill top. 3rd Bedroom was very small with no windows. Shower was poor next to the main bedroom. Pool could have been cleaned more often. Dirty carpets. Air conditioning filter was filthy, had to request it to be cleaned as it was just blowing dust in our daughters room. I have photos. When we arrived we were given our key and told our villa number. No one to take bags or check we were happy. worn, stained towels and linens, non heated pool. The breakfast is not available on site and requires a drive to get it, they offered for it to be delivered but despite asking for the 3 days we never recieved it, toaster was broken and again never replaced despite asking Location is out of town and a stiff 10 min walk uphill from supermarket etc. the lack of any pool side facilities broken brollies at the pool exposed metal work potentially very dangerous in the high wind shabby loungers at villa.
