What people say

The room requested was a spacious double with large terrace. We were allocated a ground floor room with a dirty small terrace, the room was dissapointing, the tv did not work, after complaining we were given a better room on the first floor. Everything. 4* never, we are staying in a 3* in the south and it is a far superior complex.
