  The place is a family . redesigned estate the apartments are very large and beautifullly designed. They are very comfortable for families. The fare price of the a apartment includes a very nice breakfast although it is not mentioned in BOOKING. the owners are wonderfull people ! The photos in BOOKING are not complementing enough,the place is !... what people say » !!wonderful - Lovely couple running the apartments made us feel very welcome. Liked the look and feel of the apartment and the breakfast in the large out building next to the apartment was great.

  It was selected on the basis that it was on route to madrid The staff were excellent and very helpful both at reception and in the restaurant I would definatly use it again - Friendly staff and eager to help. Convenient location for Santander. Parking good. Quiet area even though near main road (we stayed at a weekend).

  Welcome from owners outstanding and they are extremely helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and all the extra's i.e wifi in in room free , satalite tv, all at a budjet price.   Very nice outside seating area and a very spacious room with a good view of the countryside. Nice facilities and easy access to Suances by car. We got a good deal but would not have paid the full advertised price for the hotel.
