The room, the view on the sea, the rich breakfast, the hotel staff, the hotel location (close to both the sea and the city centre), its quietness. Really nice hotel,very relaxing, great location and all the staff were very helpful! I would stay again!.Its Location and services provided. Nice friendly staff and nice area. Breakfast - fantastic choice of hot, cold, savoury, sweet and the whole thing lasts about three hours! Great coffee but very weak tea! This may have been due to inexperienced travelers but it would have been nice to know. When I did find out and went to the dining room to grab a roll to go at 7:10 am I was turned away. The nearby Fuerte hotel is in a slightly better location and we may try it on our next visit. Bedroom not 4 star standard.Not enough lifts to make it convenient. The lift was slow and confusing sometimes. I thought the waiters should come to you while at the pool, instead of having to go to order drinks form them...they did drop them to you, but thought it was a bit inconvenient.lifts. the food and the bar.The room cleaners were very noisy in the mornings. The breakfast choise was very poor. airconditioning was not working. Terrible beds and pillows (worst experience ever!). Gym is located in another hotel 300 meters down the road. The furniture is about my age (39 years)!.
