The staff and accomodation were excellent even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Modern hotel, excellent facilities and swimming pool, ideally placed for Malaga airport (5 mins drive away) and secure car park. 10€ taxi ride to centre of Malaga.The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was also excellent - very clean and comfortable.

I have to say that this was one of my worst stays in a hotel this year and I have spent around 6 months of 2008 in 4/5 star hotels. The area surrounding it is mainly commercial or under development.I had dinner the first night at the hotel. I received the menu and ordered an appetizer and salad. The prices on the menu indicated that I would need to pay 13 euros. Unfortunatly I did not know that due to the time I arrived (4:00 pm) I was going to pay a flat fee of 22 euros, for two plates. THis should have been explained to me as 22 euros is alot of money to pay for a salad and entree. Location is horrible - far from everything. The food at breakfast can be improved (water for tea were cold ans sometimes you had to ask for it, you had to especially request for eggs and it was hard to find help in the dining room.). -Change tranfer time to and from airport- it shold be best if transfer to airport will be available earlear in thye morning and later in the evening. restaurant is not value for money. Very noisy. Air condition was not working and we could not open the windows due to the extremly busy street. Breakfast very expensive at 15 €/person. Information about shuttle bus from airport. I was not happy with the hotel services, I had to go to the Front desk for every services I need, maybe a 3 star service. The staff at this hotel were poorly trained and not very respectful of its clients. One of the worst trained higher quality hotel staff that I have come across.
