Cleanliness and comfort. Very friendly family Location very convenient for old town and spectacular views of port just a few yards away. Luis a nice friendly man, and also the young lad on the desk. a great little hotel on a good spot, easy walking into mao. The staff and the location. Friendly, helpful staff. The bedroom and bathroom were a reasonable size and both were very clean. There was ample free parking in the street adjacent to the hotel. The hotel was within 5 minutes walk from the marina with good restaurants.
