1 min walking from metro station. Very cheap.

The location was a bit far of the city centre.
Parking was impossible. I paid 31,50 a day for underground parking.
Very small uncomfortable bathroom, small rooms. Very cold, 2 of 4
heaters didn't work. Awful view on the yard. Water heater was
too small, there was not enough of water all the time. All furniture
was very old.
