You feel home in the center of Madrid and you are only 2 euros away from airport. Easy to use and a very helpful staff!. People were pleasant and efficient. good location, nice big rooms. Perfect location!!! We took hop-on hop-off city tour bus and there weretwo stops within 3-5 mins walk from the hotel.Everyhting in the hoteland about it is exactly as advertised! Hotel is very close to Plaza de Espana (3min walk) and all the main attraction in Madrid. Close to metro Station (Plaza de Espana). very good staff - always willing to help. hotel well located and very comfortable - will definitely recommend and use it again. Comfort. In the centre but very quiet. A very good bed and bathroom. cleaness. There is no kettle in the room, so if you want to have tea betterbring your own!. find it very strange that suites have cooker and fridge but no facility for making tea/coffee - no cups, no pots, no kettle. think most travellers appreciate this provision. I mean why have cooker and fridge if you can't make use of them due to lack of other essentials required for minimal self-catering?. The bathroom really small. The suites have a cooker and fridge but there is no facility for making tea/coffee - why is a kettle not provided? Although cooking implements are provided on request there are no facilities to wash used items. Provision of the basics such as washing up liquid and dishcloth would be useful.The bed was a bit hard. Small bathroom. Unfortunatey not even the basic equipment n the kitchen 8 like cups for coffe.
