The place is on campus, working distance to the office of the University. Austere but clean and comfortable. There are not much choices for eating. I had to pay on arrival. They refused to give me an invoice. No complaint book available.

Please note that the invoice for your stay can be provided only from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00. Outside these days and hours, Residencia Erasmo will send the invoice by email. Please note that this property is open to the university community throughout the year. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 07:30 to 10:30 from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30. Please note that there is no breakfast service from 24 December until 6 January. Please note, when booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Towels are changed every day, bed linen every 3 days. Apartments are cleaned daily, except the kitchen. Please note that the cleaning service is not available at weekends.
