The design, style, comfort and closeness to the beating heart of Madrid.This is the best smaller hotel I have stayed in in any country in the world on my holiday and business travels. great service. exelent spot in the city center, just inbetween the park of the royal castel and the park by the prada museum. walking distans to everything in the city center.excellent location, nice room, excellent staff, free internet, free mini bar, would recommend it to others, will stay there on next visit to Madrid.

No iron available. You have to pay to get your clothes ironed.Breakfast was expensive, we chose not to eat there. Thought the breakfast was pricey so we walked to the end of the road and had pastries, tea and orange juice for 5 euros.
