The Hotel was nicely decorated, the rooms at a good size and confortable, the use of the Computer in the room is an excellet idea, as well as the access to the internet for free with my laptop. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection. The Staff very firendly and well manered. The Hotel good located. Very good location for us. The room was dark and quite oppresive.The air conditioning could only keep the room marginally cool (more warm than cool) while running all the time. Could not drive to hotel to unload bags, had to park in public garage and walk / carry bags to the hotel. Beds were too hard.Back room with no outlook. No baggage was provided at hotel even though check-in process was done by my wife and her friends, all of whom had little babies. Room was a pigeon hole and badly designed, the bathroom seemed bigger than the room! Not at all suitable for a family, at best comparable to a studio for one. Computer in the room was not working. Our room was too small. Furniture in a room and a bathroom is not convenient. no noise insulation of the rooms (annoying noise from other rooms and corridor), view of the room (not applicable for all the rooms) dirty and dark court.

Experience 400 years of history in one hotel. The 17th-century property was known for hosting many famous guests until it closed in 1970. It then reopened after a full renovation in 2004. Guests can enjoy discounted rates at the Body Factory gym. Children's push chairs are available for hire.

- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and continue along the M-11 motorway (for 8.5 km).
- Take the exit for Chamartin Station.
- Turn right onto the A1 (for 0.1 km).
- Take Avenida de la Paz (for 0.3 km).
- Take the M-30 towards Zaragoza (for 7.5 km).
- Take exit 7 for Vicalvaro, Avda Marqués de Cabrera and Calle O´Donnell.
- Head towards Calle O´Donnell.
- Take Calle O´Donnell (for 0.1 km) until you get to Calle Alcalá where you turn left by Calle Sevilla, taking Plaza Canalejas.
- Take Calle De la Cruz, then Plaza Jacinto Benavente and Calle Atocha and finally you will arrive at the public car park. The hotel is just a 30-metre walk from the car park
