The staff is very nice, smiling and available to solve any situation to make you feel comfortable, The rooms as well as the kitchen and the other common spaces are clean and you can feel chez toi. The location is perfect, centric and very close to Porta del Sol (subway and train) so I could walk easily with my 30kg of backpack! My only fear recommending it is to not find room the next time I will need to go to Madrid...

The hostel is located right in the city of Madrid, near the Sol Square. Good breakfast. Huge terrase to relax. I will definitelly come again. I liked people (very nice, can help). Price is good for students who wants to visit Madrid. Nice people who lived with me. The location is perfect. The staff was really friendly and the facilities were ok (small kitchen where you can make breakfast or cook, terrace, free wifi, bathrooms...). Wifi worked ok. Breakfast included. Nothing， just near centro. The blankets are a bit too short!. wi-fi is not working perfectly=/ and not enough plug-in things to charge the phone. although the location is great in Sol which is the center in Madrid, it is a little bit difficult to find. Remember you will see a donuts and coffee shop and then turn right and walk for 30 s-1 min.It is a bit noisy in night and the shower is inside the room so it might be annoyed to your roommate when you take a shower. But still highly recommend for budget traveler!. there were no lockers in one of the rooms I stayed, in the room for 3. - hard to find when you don't have a map (small street). Nothing. A little hard to find. At the same time, the location was a very negative point, as the hostel is located in the area where people go out at night. Our room was at the side of a very busy street, which resulted in two sleepless nights because of the noise outside that does not stop until 6 in the morning. That was extremely frustrating. (Maybe the other rooms at the other side of the building are more quite. As it was only for a short stay, we didn't ask for another room.). Bathroom in the dorm - when someone takes a bath it dusturbs other people who sleep. No contacts in the dorm - no place to charge your phone or laptop. the only problem is that is noisy. I cant shower in the room! And daughter of staff is nosiy !.
