The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure. excellent location. Very welcoming staff, starting with reception.Excellent location - within walking distance of pretty much everything you would want to see during a short stay in Madrid.
