Wow, everything was great. There was free internet in the lobby. The rooms were huge for the price, and we were easily accommodated for our varying needs. great staff, great location, the room was clean it value the money. proximity to downtown, but not on major street, so not too noisy. Closeness to the sights of Madrid.Near to metro link. Everithing was great !!.
all reviews » Excellent. The location was fantastic and the staff was great, very kind and helpful. Well located, breakfast buffet (for a fee). In today's world internet is a must. The internet connection had a fairprice (5 Euros per day) and worked fine. The hotel staff was alwaysready to provide information and willingness to help at anytime. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was excellent (right next to Plaza de Esperanto, but on a side street so nice and quiet. It was very convenient to everything.The smell of the street outside the hotel. Breakfast can be improved. Natural orange juice instead the orange mix.Multiple option for eggs. Only scrambled eggs were offered.The internet connection 5€ per day. For the price paid it would be nice if breakfast was included. It wasn't and was rather expensive. Ate elsewhere!. Central heating temperature was very high. I switched off the radiator before going out that night, but my frends in another room did not switch off their radiator and found the temperature too high during the night. Sometimes noises from the hall and other rooms were remarkably loud in our room.Difficult to find due to one way streets. Limited parking. thought shuttle was included and breakfast. It stays a 3 starts, but it is a very good 3 starts. the street was rather dirty.The walls are really thin. You could hear someone snoring in the next room. But that's not much of a problem for a short stay. :). difficult to find and in nil places to eat nearby. The hotel had a bar, although we didn't see it open at anypoint during our visit. There were also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been appreciated had they been there. It was quite expensive for the standard of hotel.
