IT'S location, nearby food and entertainment. Location.... Friendly ....Proximity to all the things we wanted to do and needed to make our stay comfortable. This hotel was a wonderful location. Really in the heart of the"center". The rooms are sort of small; however, you really don't stay inthe room - there is too much to do. We were on the fifth floor and hadan amazing balcony complete with table and chairs - perfect for cafe conleche in the morning. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The staff were friendly, let me practice my Spanish and were always happy to help. Staff very helpful. I emailed to ask if we could have a nice room as we were celebrating our 25-year anniversary. Bedroom was an inside room with ducting outside the window which roared at night, The bath had black mould around the edges and the handle to help you in and out was dangerously loose.When we asked for the butter at breakfast the waiter took the used dish from under the noses of the people on the next table and put it down on ours. We felt that the reception desk did not do justice to the hotel. i did not like the fact that i had to wait a lot until the room was ready although it was past of 12 o'clock, the check in hour.No tea and coffee making facilities. Bar closed at 22:30. No it was comfortable and central location. The breakfast was not a good value for the money: there were no vegetables, no eggs, and there was not any variaty during our stay: same cookies, same sausages, same cheese, same fruits. The mini bar is checked in the evening instead of the cleaning session, so if you are in the hotel between 5 and 6 pm, dont forget to use the "don't disturb" card...Asked to change from small room twice but was not obliged. yes, no good value for money, very poor for 3 stars, rooms very, very small.

Travelling information

A shuttle service to and from the Airport is offered to all guests. You must contact the hotel from the airport to have this service. Pick-up hours are Monday to Sunday from 09:00 - 19:00. The shuttle service can pick you up in every terminal, just look for the Bus Hotel sign located on:

-T1: the sign is 50 metres outside (right-hand side) of the arrival lounge 2.

-T2: the sign is outside between arrival lounges 5 and 6.

-T4: the sign is located in the bus/car park area, level 0. Once you are in the main arrival area, take the lift located on the left-hand side to the next floor. Turn right towards the indoor car park. Bear left and go down (level 0) towards the buses car park area.

If you want to use the shuttle service to the airport, you must book it the day before in the reception.

By car from the airport:
- Take the M-40.
- Continue on the M-40 signposted A3 and A4 (Valencia & Andalucía).
- Exit towards Vicalvaro-O'Donnell.
- Continue on O'Donnel until Alcalá Street.
- Continue on Alcalá until Gran Vía.
- Continue on Gran Vía until Plaza de España, here, bear right in order to turn on the left towards Bailén Street.
- Pass through the overpass and bear left to take Calle Mayor.
- Once in Calle Mayor, continue for 500 metres and take Bordadores Street.
- Cross Arenal Street and continue on San Martin.
- Continue and turn right towards Calle del Maestro Victoria, where the hotel is located at number 5.
