Manuel is very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The apartment has a small kitchen (good enough to make coffee/tea or cook some easy breakfast) and also provide a washing machine.
It's in a walking distance to everywhere. We got an apartment in the back so it's very quiet.
The location is perfect. In the middle of Calle Fuencarral, close to the best shops, restaurants and touristic attractions. The apartment is totally new. Fully recommended.all reviews »

Be aware that not all the apartments look like what you see in the photos as that is the room in the front which has balcony and very bright. If you get other rooms, it's likely that the windows are small and you can't see through. Basically you may feel like you're in a box but after a long walk all day, you may just fall to sleep.
Everything was perfect.
We stayed here for 5 nights,when we arrived the floor is still dirty & sticky..the appartment never been cleaned the whole days we stayed,no towels,no rugs on the bathroom,so everytime my kids have to take a bath they have to be careful not to slide..we were 4 persons and they have only 3 pillows... But we enjoyed our trip..
