  Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Hotel and room were perfect:comfortable, modern and tastefully designed. Perfect location; not farfrom Plaza Catalunya and Passeig Gracia, and on the other hand locatedin a quiet and relaxing street. My room was on the streetside, nice viewand no street noise at all.   The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service... what people say » and food good ... can't think of a fault. - I liked everything about this hotel from the value of money to the services of the staff. I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. The hotel is close to everything in the City. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day.   Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us. Also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar access. - The staff were extremely helpful and could speak english, the air con was excellent and very convenient to park the car in the hotel carpark
