Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic");
We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.

Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived.
Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i

We rented a two bedroomed apt and it was excellent, clean and very modern as seen in pictures. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment is in a block of apartments served with reception services as in hotels. Receptionists were very very helpful. Great location and walking distance to popular tourist attractions like
sagrada familia, passeing gracia, and la rambla. 4 adults in a 2 bedroom
and 2 bathroom apt made our stay week long stay comfortable. Apt unit
had a/c and heat which was nice. Having a full kitchen helped our
budget by eating in breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner. Having a
working lift made staying in the top floor a must. Beautiful views of
calle Valencia from our balcony.
