  The words under the clock say " a time and a place to Enjoy life".  This is the perfect saying for La Fondica.  This is an oasis  - a place for relaxation with a welcome that cannot  be equalled.   The family and staff  go out of their way to make your stay perfect be it for one night or, for us, 8 days.  If... what people say » we could give more than 10/10 we would.    When we arrived we spoke not a word of Spanish but that did not matter as everyone was - A hotel we visit at least once a year. It is always delightful in every way. The walk along the Via Verde (the old railway line)is lovely and it's flat! All the rooms are individual with an eye to detail, in fact the whole hotel is furnished and run with "an eye to detail."

  The location, on the main road from Zaragoza to Valencia, was perfect for an overnight break after a very long car journey. The hotel, although quite simple, was beautifully maintained and the meal in the restaurant was inexpensive and very enjoyable. Although we were on our way to Xabia, this would be a convenient base for exploring the interest... what people say » ing surrounding countryside - As a stop over on the way to France it was ideal, easy exit off the motorway. Good food at a reasonable price. Very clean room and everything in good working order. In the evening when we had dinner the young lady managed the bar, waiting on table and the reception with no fuss and a lovely smile for all.
