Welcome- The helpfulness regarding where we could find free parking in the area and allowing us to leave our bags even though we'd arrived early. Location- Away from the most touristy area but less than 100 paces to an early morning dip in the sea! Plenty of choice nearby for eating out. Facilities- Appeared to be recently re-fitted shower room with large shower cubicle and spotless in all respects. Room- a reasonable sized room with balcony.
