The hotel staff provided very good services. Before our arrival, they gave us sufficient info. on how to get to their hotel and helped us in booking Alhambra tickets. Upon our arrival, they gave us a lot of instrucutions on transportation and restaraunt. The hotel room was wonderful with nice decoration and comfortable facility. We felt really satisfied with this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.The location of the hotel is convenient with easy access to all main points off the city. excellent rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast- all fresh and well stocked up. The hotel is central to the city of Granada and good shopping and restaurants and bars are close at hand. Staff are friendly and helpful.Location was great. Very friendly staff. being in the centre of granada was perfect for us the street outside was really quiet at night so it did not feel like we were in the centre. the hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good english.location in the center. Nearness to city center. would have preferred a proper double bed instead of twin beds. No hot drink making facilities in the room.there was no coffee making facilities in the room and parking was a bit of a nightmare. The impracticability to reach the hotel by car to deliver the luggage (what is out of your power to do something about).
