Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location! I will recommend this hotel over and over!. There was a lot to like: the patio off our room with tables, the internet (free), the available drinks at all times, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to help us arrange Alhambra tickets and a tour with Zambra dancing in the caves, the safe in the room, and above all the air conditioning and cleanliness of the entire place.all reviews »
We liked the location very much, the staff were wonderful, young, friendly girls and very helpful, we were very impressed by them.We had a view of the Alhambra from our window which was stunning and though it was cold in the mornings the weather was fine and sunny. Thankyou. The staff were amazing, my husband was ill and they did everything they could to help and were a mine of information for things in Granada.Clean modern feel and extremely helpfull staff. Idealy situated for seeing the old part of the city. the staff were very helpful and nice, nothing was too much trouble.Fantastic setting and position, good value for money. Excellent location. Quiet and comfortable room. Yes it is small(probably like a cruise ship cabin) but we found it more than adequatefor two people with two suitcases and two backpacks. there are at least 2 English TV channels;. Not one thing negative to say about our experience.The bathroom and the room itself were small and a bit cramped with no place to put the luggage. We managed, as its location was so great and everything else was, too. The hotel was a real gem. that it was on a steep street.the rooms were very small, no wifi. Very little space for storing or opening luggage.When we arrived, the front desk agent told us we had been upgraded to a superior room, which we were delighted about, but it was definitely the smallest room i had been in on my entire travel through Spain. The shower was initially quite confusing as well. Despite the lack of room to turn around in I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Room a bit small, but worth the price.The information about parking. The location is great if you will reach the place by foot or bus/taxi. If you have a car its impossible to reach the hotel, since its located in a historic center that dont alow you park near the hote. cold bathroom. size of the room. Room and bathroom were rather small with no closet.Park before you get into the restricted area of city. Have to carry bags to hotel. Rooms are tight, little space, but outdoor veranda makes up for it. Room size would have been a problem for a longer stay. There are signs pointing to hotels all over Granada but none for this hotel that hides on a restricted access street. After going in loops across the city for almost 3 hours trying to find the hotel and asking for directions, we finally got to the hotel to find out that had to park about 1.4 miles away. The main issue is that during the day the area is closed and car access is not allowed. The room we were allocated was exceptionally small - much too small for 2 adults. It was difficult to both be moving around at the same time and the only space for clothes was a rail in an area where you banged your head on the ceiling if you forgot and stood up. The toilet and shower was inches from the bed.everything (TV, bed, bathroom, etc.) is too small;
not so easy to find;.

This charming hotel features 16 rooms in a listed building originally built in the 19th century and fully renovated in 2004. The hotel now has minimalist, modern décor in an attractive historic structure. The hotel is air conditioned throughout with individual temperature controls in each soundproofed room.
An internet connection point in each room offers ADSL internet access and the hotel also has a free internet corner available for guests’ use. The internet corner has 2 computers, both with internet access.

The hotel is located between Plaza Nueva and the Alhambra, one of the most impressive palaces and forts in all of Europe. The hotel’ sixteen rooms are distributed of the following:
Two special rooms are placed on the highest point of the hotel, on the attic. They both have twin beds and both have magnificent views over the city. The one named Mirador Alhambra, that with its five windows has superb views over the Cathedral, the Albayzin and the Alhambra’s Torre de las Vela; and the one named Mirador Catedral, which also has unforgettable views over the Albayzin, the Cathedral and the Carmen del Mauror.
The rest of the rooms are named Mauror and Gomérez depending on it’s location:
The façade of the Mauror rooms is built over the patio/garden that “hangs” from the Carmen de Mauror walls and from the rest of the “Carmenes”, right on the feet of the Alhambra’s hill.
All the Gomérez have a balcony over the access street to the Hotel, and from them you can spot the “Torres Bermejas” of the Alhambra, one of these rooms on the second floor has a wooden and glazed structure over the reconstructed balcony. The rooms on the third floor have views of the Alhambra’s Torre de la Vela
All the rooms have twin beds, except three of the Mauror, that have a double bed.
Travelling information
Placed in the historic and monumental hull of Granada, the access by car to our Hotel, as well as for all the centric hotels, is difficult due to the traffic restrictions in this area. That’s why we recommend to our clients to leave the car first in a Parking outside the restricted area and with easy access from their road of arrival to Granada, and then take a taxi to the Hotel. Forget about the car and the traffic jams and do not worry about the traffic problems in the centre of Granada.
-If you arrive to Granada through the A-44 take exit 125 towards AV. ANDALUCIA-CENTRO and follow the signs to Parking CALETA.
-If you arrive to Granada through the A-92 from Andalusia, take exit 230- SANTAFE and continue to Granada 11 Km. always straight you will get to AV. ANDALUCIA, and then just follow the signs to Parking Caleta.
