The staff, Anna, is extremely helpful and nice. Excellent location (convenient yet quiet in the old town, just 15 minutes walk to La Alhambra) and great value for money. The bed is very comfortable with air-conditioning. Would definitely recommend this hostel. Location. I can walk to the tourist attractions easily including airport bus stop. I also walked to train station as well. There is a self serve free breakfast and kitchen is very clean. Bathroom too. The bed is OK. Ovefall, good value.
all reviews » The staff was very helpful and friendly, giving maps away with explanations of routes to take through the city, the beds were comfy, the common bathroom was clean and looked brand new, the breakfast was simple, but good enough. Can't go past the price, especially with breakfast included. Just means you have to pay extra for other things such as luggage storage. But it's still worth it. Close to Catedral and therefore buses to other attractions. The staff there is very very kind and help us a lot for our stay in Granada. The room is comfortable and clean. If we come back to Granada, we will still stay in this hotel!. The location was great and theres a free breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room were comfortable. Very good english speaking staff, comfortable, breakfast included, good location and very very good restaurant next to it. Nice comfortable accommodation with well equipped kitchen and good value for money. Staff very accommodating. Breafast was nice and the kitchen was big enough. location was close enogh for every where to go. You can cook here and use the computer and have a well rest in your room. location price (even if there are negative points ) staff is very obligeant. Only the location, near the Cathedral. Nothing!. The common room was lacking the appropriate tables and seats to eat, it was more composed of sofas and poufs with low tables to watch tv and chat with friends rather than a place to eat. Wifi didn't work in the room. The checkout is at 10am. and there was only one bathroom on the floor. As it's dificult to get there by car, contact with the staff to get parking information. Dirty towels in our room on arrival. It was a little cold in the room, but extra blankets were available. Each room has its own bathroom (not a mutual one shared by all), plus that the toilet and shower were not separated. I had to pay for luggage storage after check-out... Difinitely no. Wi-fi was bad. if you want to leave luggage after check out you have to pay 2 €. There wasnt oil in kitchen. Nothing. You have to pay extra money if you want to use their facilities after checkout. This is just ridiculous, I've never seen this before. Wifi in the room didn't work that well. With heavy luggages, it was very difficut to go up to my room( too many stairs)which was on the top of the building. Its great that u can leave ur luggage there, just need to pay one euro. its okay. comfort electricity cuts often shared bathroom are busy at morning room on the street are very noisy well I do recommand this hostel if you are in a budget. price are reasnoble for the quality. The noise from the street, the window was broken and it was cold and a lot of noise from the street; the wifi not working at all; the door was difficult cu close/open. The hot water is limited.
