Very friendly and welcoming, even towards my bike (in fact through my whole trip to Spain every hotel/pension has been helpful with storing my bike).   Situated on the outskirts of Ponferreda, easy acess from the NV1 road. Its a working truckers stop but the staff are friendly and there is a large car park. Not the best i've stayed in but does the job if you need to be in the area for a couple of days.
