Strongly recommend as suited myself and 7 year oldgranddaughter's needs. Close to metro station, very nice room and very clean bathroom, hotel staff extremely friendly, quiet at night, wireless network free of charge and all of this for 40 euros!!!.

The new addresse is not in my TomTom. Then the cleaninglady who asked us with a very unhappy face why we were still in the room. After several minutes she pushed a paper under the door with the message that the room won't be cleaned this day and that all before 12:30... the bad smell of something rotting in my room (like something dead) :-/. Only from reading guests review we were able to find the accommodation otherwise it could be not easy as the entrance is on the back of the rather big building. Entrance along back street which was hard to find... lack of prominent signage pointing to hotel entrance didn't help. Staff were not fully equipped with relevant knowledge of tourist related information such as tax refund procedure. A 7 min walk to the metro, then another few stations to the city center - a slight pain in bad weather or peak hours where metro gets very crowded.The shower cabin definitely needs to be bigger! The carpet in the bathroom would be an advantage. WiFi in all rooms could be more appreciated than the cables that are not always available. It should be clear that this is a university residence on the website. At times it was a little bit noisy. Breakfast should be included in the room price.The hotel was advertised to have wifi throughout the hotel but this was not so. The internet was a drawcard to chosing the hotel and it didn't work in the rooms. We asked for assistance but got little if any in this regard. I thought it was a little expensive; there was no table and no surface for the television ( it was on a chair). because of reonvation work it was difficult to find, and the entrance was not on the street name given or any info to direct people. This is a student dorm building, so do not expect otherwise.There was no doublebed room (two single beds put togheter), no heating in WC, no hair-drier, the cleaning staff knocked on the door quite early in the morning. for 2 days internet could not down load anything, only light Google staff you can browse. Room was very cold, Airco/heater didn't function very good. For a new hotel the room looked very shady. yes, the cleaning team was inconvenient in the morning. always knoking on the door very early and keep doing it several times and closing the door very hard while we were sleeping. You should have hanged on the door the sign «do not disturb». Thank You. not clean and very very very very basic!!!. First all this is not hotel. This is hostels with 2 stars. Please write in information that this is hostel, because this information is absent in description about Residencia Erasmus. I paid for one night in double room 127 EUR. One week before, when I was in Barselona, I paid 123 EUR in double room H10Itaca hotel with 4 stars. I was in shock.
