Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. Everything was excellent; the club rooms are definitely worth the money. The staff is really helpful and extremely nice. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and the food in the lounge is of the highest quality and amazing taste!! That was my best valentine’s weekend!.
all reviews » Father and son trip to see Barcelona play football so the location within easy access of Nou camp and the fact we got to see the Barcelona team before the match outside the hotel ........a real wow for my 10 year old.......Great location for visiting the city. Everything was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Very quiet as that is very important to me as I'm a light sleeper. the food was great and so was the spa. I would definitely go back.Great service from the Club Room Staff, specially Giuni Marin, Stefanie Radisch but also all others. Hotel is situated very well with good transport links to move around. Great Wellness center. Service generell. Special the friendly and competent service in the Club room lounge. We had another nice and perfect stay in Princesa Sofia Gran Hotel.Staff were superb, facilities were excellent and a lovely hotel - nothing was too much trouble. Poor internet availability. Rates of phone calls , i lost my mobile and i had to use room phone , and i paid 500 EU for that! as it turned out the cost for 1 minute to my country (Saudi Arabia) is 10 Er per minute .. which is crazy!. We booked the hotel because it had a swimming pool so the kids couldenjoy. We found out that this was an extra cost of 12 euros per personand that the pool was not heated and kids were not allowed to act likekids. If a hotel advertises it has a swimming pool we assumed that thiswould be free of charge or a statement in the booking that this was anextra cost.Breakfastrestaurang bad service.
