This was absolutely superb! A wonderful room, good location, excellent staff. I received a nice present for my birthday. If you are keen on helpful and dedicated personnel, this is the place to be. Great beds, clean bathroom, more than enough storage space, free minibar: My personal no.2 hotel experience!. it our fouth time at the hotel we brought freinds along this time and they enjoyed the hotel easy access to all areas in barcelona.

The lighting of the swimmingpool/sauna was disturbingly bright, and compulsary wearing of bathing caps is no fun. Please check if entrance to the sauna/pool is included. Poor insulation between rooms, some discos/bars are close by and if you are on the wrong side of the hotel Friday and Saturday nights can be a bit noisy.nothing. A smell from the sewer in the bathrooom in the first room we got. It was a little unconvenient to have a room window into inner yard (no possibility to have a view to a city), but it was not too bad. the using of pool is not included in the room price. People in staff don't speak English very well. . Leisure facilities only Ok. One of the receptionists was not very kind. Throught our window we seen just the inner walls of the hotel. clearness...Poor insulation between rooms where you get to hear everything going on in next room. Not as central as featured. Did not think it was 4 star quality. Pool disappointing. Breakfast not worth Euros 15 each.The location, there was a single restaurant or shop close to it. Poor computers and internet connection in the lobby. Hotel parking garage was a challenge - only fits small cars. During our stay the "use of pool and spa is included" changed to 10 Euro per person/day. Did not like the neighborhood of the hotel - definitely on the wrong side of the tracks.
