Barcelona Cathedral and Town Hall are just 5 Metro stops away. Many public bus services to the historic city centre also pass nearby. Each air-conditioned apartment has a balcony with city views. The well-equipped kitchens have a ceramic hob, an oven and a washer-dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and weekly cleaning is included. Other facilities include a tour desk, babysitting and shuttle service. Guests can make use of our car or bike rental. The Lugaris building has a private security service and a 24-hour customer emergency service line. The nearby reception offers a tour desk and car rental. Airport transfers are available on prior request and for an extra charge.

The flat was in a perfect location. Nice local neighbourhood - bakery on the corner and convenient store on the next. Ramla Poblenou is one long street filled with shops, restaurants, bars and cafes - and with the beach at the end. Could not ask for more. The flat itself had all the amenities that you need for a long weekend. Acces to the City centre is really easy. We used the local busses (buss no 41 - bus stop 2 minutes away), also the tourist "hop on - off" busses have a stop just 5 minutes.

Немного вдали от центра, но для нас это было не проблемой. Тем, кто любит много гулять, вам сюда. По красивой набережной вдоль моря и гуляющих барселонцев до Рамблы около часа пешком. Или можно взять велосипед и домчаться за 10-15 минут. Барселона осталась в нашем сердце и если вернуться то только в это отель. Great location - it is close to a metro station making it easy to get around to see all the sights and it is only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was great, fully equipped and decorated well with free WiFi which is always a bonus! The area felt safe even when returning late at night. A Taxi from the airport is around 30 euros however it would be easy to get there via train/metro. Everything. The Staff were very kind and had all the maps & local travel information ready for us. The location was great, just a short walk to the metro & the beach. The apartment was lovely, very stylish & comfortable with a home from home feel. The apartment was spacious and luxurious and the design was lovely. It was also clean and very open plan. The kitchen had all the relevant accessories and it provided washing up liquid, (which other apartments do not). Free wifi. Free oranges. Apartment was very clean, everything you need including washing machine,food shop was right on your doorstep and we loved the place. Felt like our home. Would recommended to anyone. 5 star fabulous. Many shopping stores, a metro stop and a bus stop nearby. 4th visit to Lugaris, that says something... All flats are clean, comfortable, in perfect condition. The location is great, and the staff is nice. The space; very large, 2 bathrooms, 4 beds, livingroom and kitchen. Shops, bars and restaurants when you walk out of the door. Location was great, right on a walking avenue and only 2 blocks from a fabulous beach. Close to the metro. It was my second time I stayed in Lugaris and I really enjoyed! Totally everything was perfect!. Really good location, spacious and clean, 10mins to the Metro and kind staff. The place is clean and comfortable. Design. Good placement: easy take to city center/ bus stop of tourist city- buses/ beach/ park; convenient for self-planned long trips: quiet family hotel, rather pleasant district of Barcelona, a lot of cafe & restaurants, few food stores and shops. This was our 3rd return to the same hotel. Which I think says it all. Nothing!. Nothing. The view was of the car park. Lack of free car parking. Late check in. We had to go somewhere for couple of hours. We faced some problem with the wifi connectivity. The signals would disappear sometimes... Lugaris home has a very tricky underground parking. Rent a small car or avoid. the kitchenware is scarce, it would be nice to have a few more items. The shower heads were terrible! Could have used a couple more pans in the kitchen. Nothing I didn't like! But if management is looking for things to think about - they could put some necessaries in kitchen & bath (salt, sugar, coffe & tea, some soap etc),or distinctly offer it at reception. no kettle available. no seasoning in the kitchen or cooking oil. which is very inconvenient. The payment of $200 as deposit for damage, and we don, t get our money till we return home, as we still have 10 more days to go else where. The reason was that they don, t have people to clean and to check until 2 days later. Normally money will be return in a vew days. Why they don, t just say on the contract that they would ask us to sign a guarantee of $200, and use our visa as collateral. Nespresso without capsules. Paid late check-in - after 20.00 additional not mentioned on site insurance fee - 200 euro (it was returned after check-out, but I didn't find any note about this!!!) early check-out - 11.00 no mini bar, no coffee and tea, no water - with late check-in this is very uncomfortable additional fee for room cleaning. We got a smaller apartment this time which was a bit of a dissapointment, as we hadn't expected this. But overall another pleasent stay. Deposit Euro200 : it must be released when customer check out if they acknowldge no problem on use, not 1 week later.
