beautiful city, apartments close to train station so had landmark for taxi, also tourist bus just across the road, pretty square with cafes a few steps away. But next time I go would chose an apartment closer to the town centre and beach, We were warned of pick pockets, but we were care with our belongings and didnt feel threatened at any time. I would suggest carrying a Spanish phrase book with you as we didnt meet many people who could speak Spanish. One of the most beautiful cities Ive ever .
all reviews » Really nice personal, the taxi driver didn't found the exact location and one of the girls working there was kind enough to came and picked us up - it was raining heavily. The apartments are situated near to the subway and also to the train station, which made it easy for us to move around and outside Barcelona. There are several places nearby where you can enjoy good food. No noise, as it a secundary street with basically no cars. Near many shops and a big supermarket. Definitely good value for money. Staff most friendly. Most efficient booking process. Having booked you’ll be contacted instantly by Inside Barcelona and after 15 minutes you are all done and have all the necessary information. They even provide you with some information about Barcelona, if asked for. Nice and spacious modern apartment. Kitchen well equipped. 5 minutes walk to Subway that brings you everywhere in town. So the appartment was quite clean and it is a really nice place to stay. The InsideBCN crew is really kind. The appartment is a nice neighbourhood, you good a medium sized supermarkt close by, banks, restaurants. Really everything you need. You have great access to the metro but i recommend using the red line from placa del sants, which is the closest one. It was a great stay for us. The location was just perfect and it was pretty close to Camp Nou and City center, both one station with train or metro. The advice for eating at surrounding local restaurants is just great and the local bread shop was excellent. Meaningful stay and romantic house for couple. Comfortable apartment with everything you need (for example, in the kitchen in addition to the stated items there were many useful details (for example, a sponge and dish soap). Fantastic location. The satellite didnt work, staff said they would come and fix but didnt. Wifi a bit slow in apartment, and wouldve been nice to have had a balcony. Hot water was running for max 10 minutes, then we would have to wait another 2 hours for the tank to fill back. We stayed for one week and we havent really been told where to leave the rubbish, when the bin was full. We couldve probably called the insidebcn office but we figured out another way. Nothing. nothing we did not like. TV did not have channels in English. No movie channels. Washing machine and dryer instructions were ambiguous. None. nothing, except the bed that was 2 singles put together, but this was not so important. No AC unit in downstairs bedroom, but it stayed fairly cool regardless with all other AC units on. noisy neighbours (but that was only 1 night so can't really moan). nothing but the hot water,it turned cold very quickly~~. Insufficient towel for use.
