I like the name, it is a great place to meet people - love the little extras like the curtains around the beds and lights and the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was beautifully cleaned by the cleaner. Good value for money. Very nice hostel to stay.Its situated near metro station, not far from main sites of Barcelona:Rambla, Casa Milo, Placa Cataluña y etc:) Not far from beach! Perfect place, nice people, friendly staff ).
all reviews » the room was confortable even if a little noise sometime but I met also very friendly people. People on the front desk were prette prepare and very friendly as well. The location was great, walkable everywhere. Staff were nice and helpful. Free internet was great. It's also very clean and pretty funky. Clean, safe and comfortable. Every bed have curtain. People are good. Big closet. Good looking. 10 min. walking distance to city center. Huge lockers (even fit my big backpack), friendly staff, privacy curtains for each bunk, location. The rooms were really clean and the beds quiet comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Friendly stuff, great environment, safe, clean, quiet, close to everywhere. The cost of the lock for the drawer - a bit much. Not your fault but that someone had their wallet stolen whilst there. There were some problems with wifi but they solved it quickly. -ignorant people that think that the bathroom is a swimming pool!!! -People that can't make it during night leaving the toilet full of Shhhhh.... or Peeee... I hated that!!!! -Maybe if you write in a big and red colour "be fair and keep the bathroom clean everytime you use it" otherwise you are going to pay penalties ...hahahah well you know what I meant... Really difficult to find, address doesn't match where the door was (around the corner) and there's only a tiny sign on the buzzer.. they should put up signs in nearby cafe perhaps. Rooms are right off the main reception area so earplugs might be necessary. They also need to upgrade their browsers on the internet computers ;). Shower doors should be more opaque. I don't wanna see other peoples silhouette. Curfew on using bathroom (11pm). I think the Hostel miss one thing: a room with a couch and a small table where we could chill with friends and others travellers. There wasnt a mop to dry the floor in the shower...it got quite dirty. Our room was too close from the reception (it's a detail...). You do not have hair dryers(. quite strange that computers in the lobby and shower cannot be used after 11:00pm. 1. They charge additional fee for linens, so the price on site is not final. 2. Wi-Fi was shutted down all 3 evenings we stayed there. 3. Only common area they have is kitchen and they close it at 11 pm for some reason. After that the only place you can go is dorm. 3. They dont allow to drink or even keep in hostel any alcohol, even beer or sangria, so you feel like in scout camp. 4. The street is very loud at night. Little difficult to find the hostel the first time as the hostel name board is very small on the corner of the main entrance. As the hostel is located in the main street (advantage) there is also a lot of vehicle sound at night (disadvantage). There is a metro line which runs under the building, so the metro train noise can be heard very easily and can be annoying at nights when you are asleep. Only three showers and two toilets for men, it is not sufficient as this hostel has 40 beds. .
