Location is great in the middle of Rambla. Apartment is very clean and furniture is modern and equipped with kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine which was great for people with young children. If you are looking to shop in Barcelona, apartment location is perfect. Metro station is within 2 minutes walking that can take you anywhere in Barcelona. We picked this apartment for location near shopping areas, metro station, restaurants and plazas.

The location was excellent. Location of office (check in place) is far from apartment, you must take a taxi (10 EUR). Location is tricky to find but most taxis in Barcelona have GPS and they can find with no problem. Cleaning fee is high and must be waived since most apartment we stayed at in Spain did not charge any similar fees. Threat of pick pockets. The check in procedure is annoying. Is a little noisy early morning and wifi is sometimes patchy. Was a bit annoying that we had to collect the keys from the office some 20mins away from the appartment as this was not clear when booking so this added an Hr & some stress onto arrival!. so noisy! when we arrived we were advised to buy earplugs. The noise level especially evenings was awful. And as our apartment was on the first floor we had no air coming in at all. nothing. Some noise. wifi did not work for most of the time. Key to the apartment has to be picked up from the office which is in another place/location resulting in extra expenses for the cab fare. The staff who helped me with checked was not helpful when I had trouble opening the apartment with the key. She wanted me to go back to the office and did not care that I have a luggage and also the extra cost for the cab fare. I managed with the help of the maintenance and cleaning people in the building. Thank you. The stuff were un-helpfull the office located far from the apartment, with no transportation. When we needed something the stuff were not willing to help us. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes, and were un-truthfull.
