Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The reception is located in the same building, at Staircase 2, Floor 5, Door 5. Reception opening hours are from 09:00 until 23:00, from Monday to Saturday. The reception is closed on Sundays and public holidays. When the reception is closed, key collection takes place at the reception of the car park downstairs. Guests who have checked in on Sunday must go directly to reception on Monday morning to arrange payment. Bed linen and towels are changed and apartments are cleaned every 3 days.
