Staff helpfull and friendlly, clean and amazing appartment. Mind that it's an appartment is not a hotel, you can prepare your meal and cooking. It's possible to save money with street food, nice place and new, well decorated, the kitchen devices it's pretty good. Wi Fi works very good. It's close Plaza Catalunya, near the transportations. Amazing place to stay. Modern interior, very clean, amazing shower, air conditioner, comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location. Walking distance to La Ramblas, Airport Bus and the City Tour Bus. Complimentary drinks (beer and soda), olives and pack of crackers. Deposit was released faster than promised.

It was quiet, extremely clean, spacious, and had great cooking facilities - for example hob, pots, pans etc The reception staff were also really friendly and helpful. Most impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and that it contained everything that we needed. The central location was great and the lady at the desk was very helpful in giving us a map and information about Barcelona. We loved the location. The apartment itself was comfortable,though very basically furnished. It was great to have available parking (albeit for an additional fee) conveniently below. The staff was good-looking and helpful. Check in and out are done very fast.. The room is super clean.. Fully equipped kitchen.. Near plaza catalunya where the Rambla starts.. Near passege de garcia metro station.. Easy to reach from the airport by bus.. absolutely perfect location for exploring the city. the apartement has everything you need. bakery and supermarket just a few seconds away. 5min to the metro, 5 min to placa catalunya. a very great option to take!. Junior suite doesn't have windows. Cleaning charge of 55.00 eur not included in the price on the website (description box, small print). It is annoying check-in isn't until 3pm, as we got to Barcelona a lot earlier. ...we requested a double bed in our booking, instead got 2 single beds ...coffee maker was too small ...very little furniture (small sofa, no desk or extra chairs) ...very little artwork on the walls or other "homey" features ...only 2 sets of towels (no beach towels) ...we were only given 1 key upon arrival (it took 3 days to get the second key) ...WIFI only worked in the bedroom and very slow. The first day we had no Internet at all which was a huge inconvenience. No swimming pool Desk staff are not there in weekends.. seems hot water quickly ran out while taking showers. Nothing. - Clothes washer did not work very well and kept tripping the electricity: it was thus unusable; - There is a microwave and a small stove but no oven; Both of these issues were acceptable as we did not go to Barcelona to wash clothes and cook food... Supplement of 30 Euros for check in after 21.00. Had to pay for a late check in- did not realise this until we printed out voucher Some if the apartment facilities were too high tech and therefore hard to use- e.g. Aircon and cooker and no staff available during the day on weekends to help. Next time I would like to have a street window if it possible). 200 EURO Deposit, 55 Euro Cleaning services which should have been incorporated within the rate, i didnt like the check in & out timing (check in at 3:00 PM & Check out must be at 11:00 AM). Elevator is several steps above street entrance and is not convenient for moving luggage. A bit noisy when you open the windows. Should put some ipod/ipad active speakers should change the sealers in the bathroom (look old and dirty) wine glasses are missing. Nothing really. quite a small elevator. Windows without view. It's really horrible. Only one key of the room. It would be better if staff give travallers usefull some advices about Barcelona. For example, how to buy BCN card, rent a bike etc... De deposit. 50 euro for housekeeping must be mentioned prior to booking. Nothing. The fact that they didn't change the towels/linens during our staying. The apartment was not cleaned and ready when we arrived. The check in time is from 15.00 pm. We had to return twice because at 16.00 pm it still wasn't ready. As compensation the filled up the fridge with some drinks. That's not really a compensation for not sticking to your own rules. The extra cleaning charge in the fine print. The rigmarole about letting them know arrival time and location - actually quite difficult to find. Noisy between apartments. They clearly hide costs and the staff is absolutely not frendly, revise the amount of your booking before make the reservation.
