We would say that of all our recent experiences with Continental Hotels (2 to 3 trips per year), this was far and away the best hotel with the best service we have stayed at. The staff were a joy - helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were excellent. Everything. The staff is friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome in barcelona. It's close to town, easy access by the metro, clean environment.........nice ppl too.

It was too hot, and aircondition wasn't working properly. But fortunatly i could sleep with open window so i survived :). The window in our room faced a wall so there was little natural light coming into the room which we found oppressive. no menus in rooms staff not very approchable. room too small, sheets and towels not clean enough, bathroom not good.
