With the beaches just a short walk away, the Barri Gòtic even closer (the apartments are 200 metres from the Picasso Museum), and a metro around the corner, El Born enjoys an enviable location and a wonderful atmosphere; a great base for a trip to buzzing Barcelona.

The location was perfect. Close to the train station, beach,harbour, LasRamblas...Everything really. The locals where friendly and there wherenice places to eat and drink right outside our apartment. The room is cosy and has a nice view. And is situated in a good area, el Borne. With a great tapasbar around alomost around the corner Cal Pep placa de les olles 8. ideal area for exploring on foot. excellent shops and restuarants nearby. very quiet area.

Decimononico is placed in the very nice old building, wich is renowated with excellent taste and love to the history of Barcelona. Staff very frendly. Very nice area but also very noisy until the small hours every night!. the narrow spiral stairs to get to my 3rd floor flat. a little difficult with a big suitcase. The smell of the pipes in the kitchen sink weren't best pleasing but other than that, it was a most enjoyable stay. It's an apartment building, so don't expect any hotel-like services.Thin walls, was easy to hear "noise" from the neighbour appartement. yes, there was a mild smell from the sewage drains in the bathroom which seemed to come from the shower. .Luggage can be stored only until 6 pm. If your plane leaves bcn late,take care because you can not leave your bags at the train station!. the fact that it was all basically in 1 room (the beds behind a screen)also you have to be careful to be in the right place as there is an other apartment not so nice failr close by, presume aqt same price (I know this because my brother went to see both and 1 is definitley better than the other. very noise at night, pub on the ground floor and opposit. some problams in the kitchen.the walls to the neighbours appartment are quite thin, you hear every noise.

A new and attractive apartment concept that will make the guest feel comfortable. Excellent location to have a stroll through the city or enjoy the several entertainment opportunities. Good public transport connections (train, metro and bus).

Important information to guests

Check-in instructions: Please note that check-in is possible from 14:00 onwards. If you arrive before 14:00, you can leave your luggage at the central office located in: Calle Ferran, 11. The property features an automatic check-in system. Upon arrival at the airport, guests must contact the property by calling the phone numbers listed in the booking confirmation to get the codes needed to enter the apartments. Please note that the property requires a valid credit card as a security deposit in case of breakages. If you do not have a credit card, then there is a refundable deposit of EUR 150, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Cleaning: Guests staying for a minimum of 7 nights include one free change of towels and bed linen halfway through their stay. Extra changes of towels or cleaning services are available for a supplement.
