The apartment was ideal for the 6 of us, we had a great time. It was really new and clean, we had everything we needed and it was in a great location. I would definitely recommend this for families as it works out as great value for money and you have your own space. Only wish we could have stayed longer!. the receptionist was very helpful and the location of the apartments was perfect.all reviews »
centrally located, clean, and cool!. The apartment was perfect for our family of six.Everything was inplace.Everything required to make our stay comfortable was availablefrom the kitchen to the rooms.Infact its like home away from home.Welook forward to returning there again in the nearest future.It was a quiet and nice place where you can rest if you want, it's near the metro, and near the port, in the apartment we had all that we needed,like in our home. It is a modern apartment and is in a new building with civilised people. The situation is perfect for the beach and port olyimpia. Its trendy, spacious and ideal for a self catering holiday. The pick up point for the keys is quite far away from the apartment - which we walked with suitcases in tow! Also the pick up point is difficult to find, as our taxi driver had difficulty finding it. Over all, i highly recommend the apartments and will be using them again.All: cleaning, big and near to center. Space, peace and a great balcony.it was a nice apartment .location was good. good location for beach,city and night life. Good location and very suitable for family of 5. Having to go some distance away to collect the key and then thisregistration process to talk more than 15 minutes was a hassle and costme lots for the taxi, find a quicker and better way to do this. It wsn'tslow staff either, the person doing all this was helpful and workedfast, it is your badly designed system. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable for the six of us. It was very sunny and quiet. The metro and the local shops, including a great patisserie and fruit and veg shop, were very handy. The bathrooms were very good. The apartment is quiet, friendly and almost new. Also, it is near the metro station (Bogattel) and near Avenue Marina that can easily drive you out of town by car.Liked the location--close to the beach and metro lines. The price, close to the Metro.Great location and spacious. The location is very good and central. The staff is very helpful. Thereis a small playground on for small kids on the premises. A fresh Bakery,Lidl and grand shoppingmal on walkingdistance, including publictransfer, and quit surroundings. Brilliant location for night life. Building entrance + size of apartment. the picking up of the keys from a different location - not a big deal but I have traveled with a child and have been up at 4am for the flight so the stop for the keys was quite a strain. only wish we could have stayed longer!. there was a problem of hour of check in. in the reservation it was written 1230 but the apartment was ready only at 1400. Athough its new it was starting to get alittle battered. It just needs a fresh coat of paint and a few odd jobs doing, i.e the door handle kept falling off!. The distance from the key pick up point (but was a very little problem). One or two bits of furniture could do with repairing/replacing.It wasn't heated when we arrived. It was too cold at that time. cooking utensils was not good.no hangers in the bathroom to hang towels.more towels needed or change of towels. There are unwelcoming notices at the entrance which are related to the use of the apartments as holiday accomodation, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.Arrangements for collecting the keys were complicated and although it said open 24 hours, when we got there the key holder had to be called. However they were very pleasant and offered us drinks while we were waiting.They had contacted us by email and phone but it was after we had left home. It took over an hour and two taxi rides from us arriving at the station. Cleanliness, Easier check-in, Damage repairs (bathroom door can not be locked). Not very clean. No toilet paper, although after we called the staff, toilet paper was delivered the next day. Not enough kitchen utennslils for cooking.Electricity did not work and it took 3 phone calls at our expense to getit rectified. Quite a few things broken in apartment and very scruffy. The appartment was not clean, we found an old underwear in one of theclosets from a previous visitor, the floors haven't been cleaned inages.. And were extremely dirty. The kitchenutensils we're poor if youhave the intention to cook, you have to buy them first! Rental for thisappt. Should be limited for max. 4 and balconies are not suitable forfam. With small kids for safetyreasons.Upon arrival we had to pick up the apartment keys from a different location to the apartments. This place looked like a hostal and we needed to get a cab from here to the apartments themselves. When we arrived, we had only been given 1 set of keys for the apartments (we had reserved 2), and we had to wait up until 2 o'clock in the morning before they brought around the key for the other apartment. After reading reviews we expected matters to be repaired such as broken shower, broken floor (due to leakage shower), broken window shutters, etc. but in fact we experienced even more flaws: broken sofa-bed, unlockable bathrooms, limited boiler capacity (hot water), 7 chairs in 10 pax apartment etc. so, lots of room for improvement by simple measures !.
