Location, location, location clean, comfortable and excellent front desk. They were able to store medicine that needed to keep cold without a problem. Attached small restaurant was excellent, Room as a junior suite was roomey, clean and had excellent shower pressure and hot water. Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. The size of the room was huge. Just renovated. Basic room included balcony, living room, big bathroom, safe, and large cupboards. High ceilings and lots of lights. Strongly recommend this hotel.
all reviews » For a two star hotel, it is very nice, I liked the bathroom which is asa four star regarding confort and quality...also the bed and covers. The location of the hotel was excellent, the description on booking reflected accurately the kind of hotel we wanted.Clean, comfy and value for money. Great location on the ramblas and surprisingly quiet if you get a room at the back. It is located right above Las Ramblas, a really fun part of town to be in. I like a firm mattress, but this was too hard for me.The breakfast was not so good but adequate to fill you up. I would have liked tea making facilites in the room. We would have liked some tea/coffee making facilities (or room service) in the room. This is not a complaint about the hotel! It gets a bit noisy outside at 3am and some street crime is possible. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.Not specific to hotel but noise from the street went on until 6:30am. There were no green tea at all and he quality of the coffee was a bit poor. the price of breakfast in comparison to its quality. TV reception in our room set was not too good for CNN, BBC, Sky and TV5 Monde. sex shop next door. Beds a little hard.
