Owner was extremely helpful in giving us keys despite delays to our flight. Excellent central location with metro acess only 5 minutes away. Great value for money. Living in this apartment we had a lot of independence, which we've enjoyed very much. Excellent meeting by the personnel, who gave us all the information we've needed and additional comforts. The interior was interesting. The owner was very accommodating as our flight was delayed two hours and we got in really late, much later than we agreed on and were unable to call until we landed.
all reviews » This apartment was the best one that I have rented in Barcelona, it was superb. The owner was very polite and very helpful and he was available to meet us at 1am at the apartment. The room was beautiful and had plenty of room for 4 sharing with excellent facilities and some free Barcelona guides. The location was perfect too, just a short 5 minute walk to Catalunya and La Ramblas and the shops. The green apartment has an excellent view of the street from 3 balconies - very interesting to watch! The apartments are in a lively multicultural area about 5 minutes walk from the Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. You can catch the airport bus and get off at Universitat. Very good greeting service from Oriol. Lots of small shops and bars in the street itself. The apartment was very modern and clean.The location was excellent,Oriol our greeter was efficient and helpful The location of the hotel was excellent. It is about 5 minute walk to La Ramblas. Rooms were spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel due to its excellent location. A good location within easy reach of the sites (with or without the use of Metro). We stayed in the Green apartment for two nights. The location of the apartment was great, metro station was around the corner and it was only one stop to the center, Catalunya. The apartment itself was also quite clean and comfortable, with all the basic stuff provided.Apartment nice and bright and clean. Can be noisy at night. Not having Dishwasher and Laundry facilities ie: Washing Machine and dryer in apartment. It's noisy, as others have said, but I wouldn't go to a large city and expect no noise! Take earplugs if you need to.they haven't reception desk and any hotels services,. Man pick up you at the street and take you at a apartmant. The only problem we had was the noise from the street. It was relatively a side street but still pretty busy and extremely noisy till 3 o'clock in the morning. The windows of the apartment were basically no shelter against the noise. So if you have problems with sleeping with noise I would think twice before staying there.Streets outside became v noisy after midnight (Manchester Bar outside apartment windows). Noise did not finish until after 3am.
