We spent 3 nights at the hotel during our holiday touring the garden route. Everything was fabulous with attention to detail all the way. The hosts, Desmond and Johann were very friendly and welcoming with great personal service.We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definate chose it again when we are back in the area. Everything in the advert was very honest. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are big, clean and you have everything you need. The bathroom is spotless and there is a huge shower. Good products - showergel, cream etc. available. Walking distance to the village and restaurants. Beautiful view and garden.

Decor not really to my taste although all common areas and rooms are very well appointed. That we had to go home. *You could smell the owners' dogs in the hotel lobby. the way to get to the hotel is not to well indicated in the City but we got there anyways. The pluming in the bathroom was not very good and water was standing in the shower. There were no additional/optional spare cushions in cupboard. Cushions were too firm. Would've liked softer cushions. I booked last minute, and the "honeymoon suite" was available at a great rate. I was happy to book it, and did. However, upon arrival I was told they had problems with the room and had moved me. This room was still available to book the following night on their system. It should a.) be removed from being "available" to book and b.) I should have been communicated with prior to arrival. Nothing!!. Nothing. Restaurants in the vicinity needs a serious upgrade in terms of customer service and quality foods. cinnamon is excellent !. People were not overly friendly.
