  We were warmly welcomed by a member of staff who proceeded to give us a comprehensive tour of the guesthouse. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the food, especially the dinner and the homemade bread served at both dinner and breakfast, was absolutely delicious!   Breakfast was excellent! Host was welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean - bathrooms large and airy. Good location just off the main road and village within walking distance. - Everything was ok about the place. It was a bit lacking in atmosphere but nevertheless did the job. Storms River Mouth was stunning.

  wonderful views, you don't even have to get up from your bed to see the sunrise! the sound of the sea is equally amazing. friendly staff (we received a complimentary upgrade to a larger apartment) great value for money - A beautiful spot right on the beach. Rooms are clean and of high standard. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

  The guest rooms have the wow factor - thatched high ceilings, loads of space, outside shower as well as an indoor one, lounge space. Evening meals fine. The lodge is perfectly placed -just 5 minutes drive from the south gate. If you're going to Addo this place is ideal and the hosts Isabelle and Christoff are most obliging - Isabelle and Christophe were the most brilliant hosts and ran the hotel in a lovely relaxed manner. The room was wonderful and the outdoor shower enchanting. It was a brilliant place to stay for the Addo Elephant Park just 10 minutes drive from the gates. I would definitely stay there again. The food was very good, the room clean and very comfortable.

  We stayed at 3 guest houses during our trio to South Africa and this one was the most comfortable and cleanest. We had a very long journey from Cape Town that day and the lovely huge bath was a welcoming sight indeed. The continental breakfast filled us up for our onward journey the next day and the manager was very friendly and recommended places... what people say » to visit on our way. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Port Elizabeth. - The facility was clean and comfortable. We stayed here before visiting Addo Elephant Park. This guest house is about one hour from the main entrance (30 minutes from the southern park entrance). It was a great inexpensive alternative for a one night accommodation before we went to the park. Arrival and departure from the accommodation were very easy, making it great for our late arrival and very early departure.
