Left an iPod behind and the staff (Jones and Mr. du Plessis) were excellent in helping us to have it returned by courier to Singapore. The unit we stayed in was very well appointed and the toilet was separate from the bathroom, a rare but very useful feature when travelling with family. I have really like the excellent service from staff and the lovely room. The room was clean and comfortable. It is really value for money. Also great service.
