The hotel building design and construction are beautiful. The service and staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Parking facilities were excellent. Well positioned for facilities within walking distance. If group tour type accomodation required, then this suitable. Nice hotel in the middle of Town.We would stay there again if we are coming to Knysna.the breakfast is verk good.
