Flamboyant staff began their hospitality by picking me from the airport, guided tour of the hood to find my way around shops, arrangement for braaing and cooking of dishes of own choice, etc. The facilities are safe and secure. Was impressed with daily room freshening and linen change. There can never be any better value for money, exceeded my expectations!!!!!!. The bathroom and room is so big,the staff are always willing to help out,like getting a taxi etc.sisibowu is one of the staffs that wow me,the owner of the place ND is very considerate and nice..I felt like home.

I desperately need a tax invoice and Flamboyant is not responding to my email or telephone calls. a little expensive. Room needs redecorating. a suggestion:- if you guys could maybe invest in small bar fridges in the rooms, that will make everything complete in the rooms. Lack of foam bath in the bathroom. The fact that they don't have gate keeper, you hardly see the receptionist on sit most u come downstairs to ask of something. Because of the area they are, they should be having so many things around, not u waiting for them to call cab, before u can get a Airtime on your phone.they need increase their staffs, their facilities. Cos they lack that. Thank you. Having to go to the Reception to have a T.V Channel changed. That was a total disappointment. Fix the T.V problem. Bad Parking Reception not clean My room was not cleaned after the first night. The rooms needs refurbishment. Painting and cleaning of the furniture I.e the couches... There are less Tv channels than promised. the furnishings in the lounge and the old couch needs to go. Expensive breakfast(not worth the money),expensive taxi fare to anywhere and no shops,grocery etc close by. Dodgy area Parking space not nice. Rooms were not cosy Television leaves much to be desired My room appears to be still under construction/renovation. The internet was slow and didnt always work. Water also didnt work on night - but was working again in the morning. Not at all like the photos on the website. No fridge in room. Breakfast expensive. Toilet leaks. Hot water kettle wasn't removable. couldn't use it since the dirt I saw inside the kettle. TV didn't work at all. One of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. I left after one night of my 3-night booking. Musty, ancient furniture and curtains; smelly shower; blown lightbulbs; very run-down prperty in general. The kettle was dirty inside (scale for over-use and no cleaning); the coffee sachets were Ricoffy, SA's cheapest chicory-mix brand. Altogether a terrible experience. The shower was so dirty I had to go buy flip flops to shower. When I asked for a serviette with my cutlary there wasn't any. My fork was dirty and the kitchen was utterly disgusting and not hyginic at all! So much so that I didn't want to eat the breakfast I had to pay R90 for! Will never stay there again and will certainly not recommend it either.
