the technology applied to comfort was amazing. Also, the personal attention of Ana was very important. We expected problems with our credit card and she was very helpful and patient. A very nice person always willing to help. The beach is literally 5 minutes walk and it is nicer than Umhlanga. breakfast awesome. the comfort of rooms is of a 5 star hotel. if you look at the architecture, you will see details of finishing top of the line.

Everything. location shopping centers close central to Durban modern house sunny nice breakfast safe parking value for money. beautiful place well decorated breakfast was good even though i dont eat pork. it is 10 min by taxi away from the centre of Umhlanga. But this is not important!. Absolutely nothing which we didn't like. Finding my own dinner of-site, but it's expected at a guest house. It would have helped if drinks and sandwiches were available. nothing really. location is not the most convenient without a car. two minor gripes about the bathroom - lack of proper shower apparatus and slightly rough towels. Nothing. Yapping dogs at 22h00 (only for 5 mins tho'). There was nothing that I didnt like. Everything was perfect. The dogs inside the hotel. Also the uniform of the staff is too old. And the fact that breakfast is served between 7:00am and 9:00am if only they can extend it till 10:00am. It will also be great if they can start offering supper. Bedroom we stayed in was small but luxury fittings made up for it. found the rooms a bit too warm as aircon is centrally controlled. rooms were very hot, aircon was not working, I really did not enjoy my breakfast, they do not have many options to choose from. They didn't change the body towels or provide clean towels the next day. I don't like pets, they had pets running around. The receptionist didn't have a good welcome (no smile). breakfast needs to be improved aircon button was not working in the room and has to be adjusted from the central system. No shower in my room - only a bath. However I believe this is the only room like this, the rest have showers... WiFi was not working for the four days I was there. Nothing. No shower shelf for toiletries. the aricon in our room was not working, they dont answer the emergency number, we had to wait until other guests comes out . There was a problem with the air conditioning. Also outlets that didnt work.The central lighting at the doors entrance was inconvieniant. Had to go to the front door to turn on the bath lights. there was nothing not to like. Sharp cupboard door corner. The TV channels are not controlled in the room, so you watch what everyone else is watching. n/a. the breakfast menu is a bit limited. There is nothing i did not like. dogs need to stay away from dining room. The breakfast. Nothing. The cold room. sachets in tomato sauce sheets and towels a must change daily computer should be available in the lounge area for guest air condition complicated to work top windows could do with blinds as workers on the roof can see into your room not good. i hardly saw the staff no one came to check on me and they is no friendlyness.
