Devon was particularly efficient and helpful. I have forgotten her name but the laundry lady was wonderful, returning a pile of freshly laundered and pressed clothing after leaked shampoo in good time for our departure. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent. My partner requested an iron/ board and it arrived within seconds Beds and linen are exceptional. Situated close to restaurants and nightlife.

The Showers. the restaurant, not a large selection of ciders. 1. TV did not work well 2. No access to DSTV despite it being advertised. 3. Room Service was very slow when ordering breakfast. 4. Had to hoot for security to open the gate when we decided to go out at night, may have disturbed other guests. Shortage of parking space and having to park on the street, noisy patrons coming in and out of the facility throughout the night, and an unpleasant smell of soaked carpets that greets as you enter the reception area. Very old towels, had holes in them, when complained, towels were replaced, Room 29, toilet door does not close. No hairdriers provided, luckily I carried one of my own, 1 teaspoon for 2 pax. There was dust behind the bed and on the light fittings and hair on the bed. Needs a proper clean. Room had a weird smell when entered. Bedding very uncomfortable for Durban! Duvet too thick and heavy, please use lighter bedcovers. Room at the back very noisy. i would like to know if their is no supervisors for the cleaning staff in the shower and at the back of the toilet door u could see the spiderwebs and dirty marks at the back and on the toilet walls like splaches. Room was not ready Restaurant order was incorrect and took several requests before it was corrected. they hotel as a whole becouse its doesnt look anything like what i saw on booking .com and the staff was changing tv channels while we were watching. They lost my reservation and this was prepaid. staff were not friendly, dinner at the Restaurant was ok but the staff were terrible, I had to get up from my table to go and order, to pay my bill no one was Interested, will not stay here again. no thanks. Airconditioner didn't work. Staff and the facility. Unfriendliness, housekeeping, service generally. Staff unfriendly. The restuarant staff not trained. Very unprofessional.
