Well appointed rooms/ suites; Good location for exploring Cape Town and Cape Peninsula; Friendly staff; good service. everything. Lounge area lacked atmosphere; real coal fires rather than electric look a likes would help; room maids need to not start cleaning rooms while guests are at breakfast as they can't finish and have to be ejected. Better to leave room clean until guests have gone out for the day.
